When will my order ship?
All products ordered by 3:00 pm Eastern Standard Time will shipped within two business days via Priority mail or First Class mail.
I received the wrong item. What should I do?
In the unlikely event that this happens, please call us at 954-933-6464 or contact us by
clicking here. We'll arrange for the return of the incorrect item (at no charge to you) and see that you get the correct item promptly.
If with an astrology report you receive incorrect information eg birth date, time or place is incorrect, we will verify the order as placed by you to check that the data provided is correct. If your data has been entered correctly the reports will be redone at no extra charge. If you have provided incorrect data and request a re-issue of the report it will be provided at 50% of the initial charge for that product. If the product is a monthly special, the charge will be at 100%.
Email Order Delivery
Delivery & Turn around time
All products ordered by 3:00 pm Eastern Standard Time will processed within 24- 48 hours and sent directly to your email inbox. All digital orders are generated as Adobe PDF documents and a link is emailed for you to view online or to download, print and keep on your computer. Your reports will also be archived on our servers for 90 days from the day your order is received and will be accessible anytime within that period by retaining the email confirmation message.

Methods of Payment
We accept most major credit cards such as Visa and MasterCard for on-line purchases using Amazon, Google or PayPal options. We currently do not accept personal checks or money orders at this time.
Billing Address and Delays in Shipping
We will verify that the name and billing address on your order matches the name and address on the credit card account you've provided for payment of your order. If they do not match, your order will be delayed so that we may contact you to receive the correct information. We may also contact you to verify your approval of a shipping address that is different than the billing address.
Order Confirmation
You will receive an e-mail confirmation of your order when it is placed, is in processing and when it ships.

Please select your order and reports carefully. Calculating and generating your report takes time and costs us time and money in the process. Unfortunately we do not have a returns policy unless we have inadvertently made an error in processing your order.
